I would highly recommend Robby and HC Realty for Property Management. We had two investment houses with a larger company, but the staff were very young, often not knowing what they were doing, my calls or emails were rarely answered and one of my tenants was always behind in rent. The staff were always full of excuses to why they had not done anything.
We gave the two houses to Robby Murray to look after about a year ago and he has been AMAZING! He always gets back to me straight away, he is very knowledgeable, obviously very experienced and pleasant to deal with. He has also saved us a lot of money by finding us
much better tenants using more affordable tradespeople and getting us better deals on insurance and pest control.

Honestly the receptionist at HC Realty was very helpful when it came to applying for a rental property. She even helped us scan our documents and the process was very easy!
